Napolitano-Terror Suspect Should Have Been on "No Fly" List

ABC News is reporting there could be more terrorist attempts like the one on Northwest flight 253 on Christmas day. The report says suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab told FBI agents that other operatives are being trained in Yemen and would soon attack. No other details are known.

Meantime, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano admitted Monday the aviation security system failed miserably in the foiled bombing. "Our system did not work in this instance," Napolitano said on NBC's "Today" show. "No one is happy or satisfied with that. An extensive review is under way."

On the CBS's "The Morning Show," Napolitano said an investigation is underway to determine why Abdulmutallab was not on the "no fly" list.
