Lesbian EEOC Commissioner Chai Feldblum: ‘Damaged Goods’

March 31, 2010 – Late last week, President Obama made a recess appointment of lesbian lawyer Chai Feldblum to serve on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

He made his recess appointment – which is good only until the end of 2010 – because Feldblum would have failed to be confirmed by the full U.S. Senate. Her bizarre views on marriage, morality, and the Constitution were just too much for even moderates to stomach.

It is instructive to note that in 2005, when President Bush made the recess appointment of John Bolton to serve as our U.N. Ambassador, then Senator Obama characterized the Bush appointee as “damaged goods.” Obama said that Bolton’s presence at the U.N. would have less credibility than if he had received a full vote in the Senate.

The same can be said of Feldblum. She is truly damaged goods in more ways than one. Her legal thinking is most certainly damaged and dangerous to America. Her presence on the EEOC will have little credibility, but she will wield immense power with ruthless abandon.

Feldblum’s recess appointment is designed to put her in the strategic position of being the enforcer of the pro-LGBT Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) if it is passed and signed into law by Obama.

Feldblum wrote most of ENDA, so she has a vested interest in making sure that the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender agenda is implemented through this draconian legislative attack on businesses, schools, and Christian enterprises.

TVC’s reports on Feldblum and ENDA lay out the horrors of this lethal combination of law and lesbian activist lawyering.

TVC’s EndaHurtsKids.com web site has more details on Feldblum’s dangerous ideas and ENDA’s impact on public school children.
