First Daughter Ivanka Trump suffered a slight wardrobe malfunction when she exited a plane in Orlando, Florida, on Mar. 3 to pay a visit to a local school.
Donning a black and white striped wrap skirt topped by a black long-sleeved piece, Ivanka visited St. Andrews Catholic School along with her father, President Donald Trump, husband Jared Kushner, daughter Arabella and sons Theodore and Joseph to support her father's school choice program, Express reports.
She completed the look with black studded earrings and black stiletto heels.
However, a gust of wind that blew up her skirt when she walked down the steps of her plane revealed more bare skin than intended. Her decision not to wear tights did not help the situation.
The first family was accompanied by Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, Republican Gov. Rick Scott of Florida, and Republican Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida.
It was the first school visit made by Mr. Trump as president. The group visited a fourth-grade classroom, spoke to students about their work and discussed their goals for the future.
Ivanka was well received by the students. At one point, she stopped to sign the plaster leg cast of a young boy.
She tweeted a picture of the outing, writing: "Honored to join [Donald Trump], [Scott], [Rubio] and [DeVos] for a wonderful visit to St. Andrews Catholic School in Orlando."
St Andrews Catholic School was chosen for the visit as it boasts a large number of students that follow the school voucher program in Florida.
Ivanka sported a more dressed-down look for the event compared to recent appearances.
The Trumps took advantage of the weekend to later spend time at the president's Mar-a-Lago resort home in Palm Beach, the Daily Mail reports.
In late February, she wore a designer polka-dot dress for the White House Governors' Ball. The dress reportedly carried a price tag of $4,295.
The beautifully made gown is said to be from the collection of J. Mendel. The dress was sharply tapered in at the waist, highlighting the shape of her body, and featured a polka-dot design as well as a thigh-high split.
She accessorized with silver earrings and a bedazzling clutch bag, and also wore black scrappy sandals to polish off the look. Her hair was done in loose waves.
Kushner, who sported a black suit and tie, had accompanied her to the event. He is currently serving as top White House aide to the president.
