ISIS Laptop Reveals Plan To Utilize Biological Warfare, Including Bubonic Plague

A rebel group in Syria has managed to obtain a laptop they claim belongs to ISIS. Its contents are troubling, to say the least.

The laptop, which was taken from ISIS militants in northern Syria, "contains instructions on how to build explosives, use disguises to travel undetected, and plans to build chemical weapons," reports the International Business Times.

The laptop, which initially seemed to be blank, turned out to be hosting a plethora of hidden files, including a document that outlines how and why biological warfare should be utilized by Islamic militants.

"The advantage of biological weapons is that they do not cost a lot of money, while the human casualties can be huge," the document stated.

Another document even went as far as to say that jihadists are permitted to use chemical and biological weapons against non-believers, "even if it kills all of them and wipes them and their descendants off the face of the Earth."

This document is a 26-page Fatwah, or point of Islamic law, that supports and justifies the use of any means necessary to defeat the kafirs, or non-believers.

The owner of the laptop, who is simply being referred to as "Muhammed S," reportedly has studied physics and chemistry in more than one university.

One 19-page document found on the laptop explains in detail how to obtain and experiment with bubonic plague. It further explains how to use the disease as a weapon.

"Use small grenades with the virus, and throw them in closed areas like metros, soccer stadiums, or entertainment centers," instructs the 19-page document. "Best to do it next to the air-conditioning. It also can be used during suicide operations.

The International Business Times points out that Dr Na'san Ahmed, the appointed Health Minister for the Kurdish region of Syria, told of "strange white injuries" on the bodies of some fighters. He also begged international human rights organizations to come investigate in Syria, fearing that ISIS has already begun using chemical and biological warfare.
