The National Black Republican Association (NBRA) is well-known for its outrageous political stunts.
In the past, the NBRA has absolved white people of their guilt, paid for "Martin Luther King Jr. was a Republican" billboards and ran a radio ad that claimed: "racist Democrats will not vote for Obama, a black man."
Rice stated: “Anyone may download and use the ad, which is camera ready, and pay for it to be in their local newspaper or magazine. The PDF was created by the Washington Times for their use in publishing it in their paper.”
The ad rehashes many right wing conspiracies, from the Benghazi terrorist attack to the ATF's Fast and Furious Operation (actually began under the Bush administration), IRS auditing, NSA surveillance (also began under President Bush), not enforcing the Defense of Marriage Act (overruled by the U.S. Supreme Court) and other claims that do not violate U.S. law.
