Donald Trump: I'm Considering Run for President

Is Donald Trump thinking of running for President in 2012?

Tuesday Donald Trump, 64, was out and about doing interviews when he mentioned that he is considering running for President during the next Presidential race in 2012.

“For the first time in my life, I’m actually thinking about it (running for president),” said Trump. “I am a Republican but have great respect for what the Tea Party has done because they have brought to light what’s going on. I mean, we have trillion-dollar deficits. … The country is going bankrupt, let’s face it.”

When asked when he will make a definitive decision he said, ”Well, I’ll make it over a period of time.”

Donald Trump says he is tired of the nation’s deficit and of the fact that virtually nothing is made in the U.S.A. anymore.

The Republican Party is seeking candidates to go up against Democratic President Barack Obama in 2012. Possible candidates include Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty, former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney and former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.
