Trump: 11 Million Undocumented Immigrants Will Be Deported In 'Very Humane Way' (Video)

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump said he would round up 11 million immigrants in the country illegally and deport them in a "very humane way" that will make them "happy" (video below).

Trump began the "60 Minutes" segment, which aired on Sept. 27, by promising to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border  — as he has many times in the past — according to the transcript obtained by Crooks and Liars.

When asked about the mass deportation of 11-12 million undocumented immigrants, Trump stated:

We're rounding them up in a very humane way, in a very nice way. And they're going to be happy because they want to be legalized. And, by the way, I know it doesn't sound nice, but not everything is nice...

It is practical. It's going to work. They have to come here legally. And, you know, when I talk about the wall, and I said it before, we're going to have a tremendous, beautiful, wide-open door. Nice big door. We want people to come into the country.

Trump brushed off Scott Pelley's questions of legality as well as opposition by Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, over at CNN, GOP presidential candidate Ben Carson was recently confronted by journalist Jake Tapper over his previous comments about not supporting a Muslim for president, which Carson insisted really meant that he objected to a presidential candidate who did not deny the "tenets of Islam" (video below).
