As if Anthony Weiner‘s New York City mayoral campaign could not get any worse, his communications director Barbara Morgan went on an angry rant today against former Weiner campaign intern Olivia Nuzzi, who wrote a tell-all article about the troubled campaign for the New York Daily News.
Nuzzi’s article in New York Daily News revealed how many of the interns were hoping to get close to Weiner's wife Huma Abedin and use her to join the probable presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton in 2016.
Nuzzi also claimed that Weiner boasted about learning the names of his interns, whom he called “Monica." According to Nuzzi, one Weiner intern was paid “less than a third of what he was promised.”
In response, Morgan ripped Nuzzi to Talking Points Memo: “F***ing sl*tbag. Nice f***ing glamour shot on the cover of the New York Daily News. Man, see if you ever get a job in this town again."
Morgan called Nuzzi a “tw*t" and added “she had the f***ing balls to like trash me in the paper. And be like, ‘his communications director was last the press secretary of the Department of Education in New Jersey. You know what? F*** you, you little c***. I’m not joking, I am going to sue her.”
