The site,, says:  "one of your presidential candidates isn't being honest with you. Stay tuned to find out which one it is."

At 7:30 p.m. on Monday it will release "6 total documents" about Mitt Romney or Barack Obama. While the timer on the site is counting down to 7:30 p.m., recent tweets on Twitter account @OctSurprise say that it will be revealed at 5:30 p.m., just a couple of hours before the final debate in Boca Raton, FL.

Their Twitter account also says that the documents pertain to something mentioned in both the vice presidential debate and the second presidential debate.

Periodically, they tweet small clues about what the documents could be, but nothing has ever been detailed enough to reveal what it is. They are also keeping quiet about who they are, and have paid GoDaddy extra money to hide their identity.

Users of claim they have tracked down the owners of the site, leading them to believe the owners also created "The Greatest Rickroll Ever," which was a similar site that counted down to information about Radiohead's latest album in 2007.

As of now, there is no definitive evidence indicating the identity of the site owner. Time will tell if the site is a publicity stunt or a serious game-changer for the presidential race.
