Head on over to CuraYoga Texas for: Growing the Heart of a Bodhisattva – A Tibetan Heart Yoga Workshop with Cassandra DeLarios

cura yoga texas 1024x273 YOGANONYMOUS Weekend Picks | CO, TX, NY, NJ, CANADA

The goal of Tibetan Heart Yoga is to experience results of (any) spiritual path quickly thru a combination of inner and outer method. The inner methods include heart-centered intention, guided meditation and visualization, and analysis of the nature of reality. The outer methods are the physical techniques of yoga including mantra (chanting), mudra (hand and body seals), pranayama (breathing) and asana (postures). The inner methods learned in Tibetan Heart Yoga can be applied to any other yoga practice but the sequences are designed to move prana (energy) in a specific way to facilitate inner healing, awareness and freedom. Students report feeling refreshed and happy after class, but more lasting benefits come with repeated practice as the techniques of class make a more permanent impression on the mind of the practitioner.
