Join Dana for a body-heating and heart-warming Vinyasa flow to help balance energy and melt away tension and stress. A perfect time for Spring-cleaning, this challenging, yet accessible workshop incorporates detoxifying twists to wring out the winter. Relaxing, restorative poses will follow to release deep connective tissue in the body. The evening closes with a centering, guided meditation to prepare for the new season. All levels are welcome and encouraged.

This playful, informative workshop drops you into the “why” of the early poses, then uses momentum to swing you past where you’ve gone before. Whatever your dream arm balance or inversion, part of you is already in it!
