Not to go all Sophie’s World on you, but we have a philosophical question to ask you. Earlier this week, I shared my updated fitness philosophy after struggling with different workout messages: exercising HARD CORE or just doing what you can, when you can. After some deep thought (cue me posing like the guy above), I found my balance there in middle with a bit of compromise and real life worked in. But what about you?
