1. Lie down on one side of your body near a wall.
2. Separate your legs, then slide your body against the ground toward the front leg.
3. Think “Triangle on your mat” and it will all make sense.
No need to turn your head unless you want to. Welcome in a big side, lower back and front pelvic stretch. Oh, and you might feel your body receiving stretches in lots of other areas, too! Enjoy!
