11th ranked Ole Miss won a shocking 23-17 victory over No. 1 Alabama yesterday.
One unidentified Crimson Tide fan was so disgusted that he tried to throw a cup at Ole Miss fans below, but was suddenly tackled by a security guard at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, Miss., notes SBNation.com.
Fortunately, Instagram user "f_s_brown" caught the magical moment on video (below).
Ole Miss fans were so excited by the win, they tore down both goal posts after the game.
According to USA Today, the fans chanted: “Bring it around The Grove!”
“[The goal posts are] really heavy,” said Ole Miss student Thomas Dillard. “I was on the bottom helping push. I think the entire student section brought them down.”
Ole Miss hasn't beaten Alabama since 2003, and has never taken down a No. 1 team.
