Ericka Avery and Patricia Montes have been arrested for allegedly brutally beating an unidentified 16-year-old girl inside a home in Hollywood, Fla. on Nov. 1, 2013.
Avery and Montes reportedly punched and kicked the teen because she didn't want to have sex with a man in house, identified as Jayvon Woolfork, who has also been arrested.
The Sun Sentinel reports that Montes, 15, Avery, 16, Dwight Henry, 17, Lanel Singleton, 18, and Woolfork, 19, were all charged with two counts of armed sexual battery and two counts of kidnapping.
Montes, Avery and Henry were charged as adults, but all five suspects have plead not guilty.
The victim told police that the night began with everybody smoking marijuana and drinking beer, however, it took a violent turn when the teen was suddenly maced and then beaten.
According to CBS Miami, cell phone videos (below) of the vicious beating were allegedly recorded by Singeton.
The videos reportedly show Henry and Woolfork watching the beating. One of them says, “They don’t like this girl," to which one of the girls responds, “I told you we were gonna f--- somebody up.”
During a break in the attack, one of the female attackers states, “Just let this girl get up and go home.”
But one of the men says the teen has to have sex with Woolfork, who allegedly raped the victim, who was held down by the others.
After the alleged rape, the victim, with a bloody face and two hugely swollen eyes, called police and was treated for her injuries at a local hospital.
The teen victim reportedly told police, “I just don’t ever want to see them again. I mean, I thought Patricia, I thought they were my friends. And for them to do something like that, it’s just really messed up and cruel, and sick in the head.”
