The woman who accused rapper Chris Brown of threatening her with a gun on Aug. 30 is now speaking out.
Baylee Curran, Miss California Regional 2016, says she and Brown have hung out in the past, The Hollywood Gossip reports.
She said Brown always seemed nice until now, TMZ reports.
When she showed up uninvited with others to Brown's place while he hung out with friends, she assumed he'd be fine with it.
This time she said the rapper seemed different and likely under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
After one of Brown's friends invited her to admire a piece of jewelry, Brown reportedly exploded into an outburst.
Brown reportedly told Curran to leave and pointed a gun at her, demanding she "get the f--- out."
When she was about to leave, the rapper and his friends allegedly tried to take her phone and have her sign a nondisclosure agreement.
Curran refused and called 911 at 3 a.m. Police showed up at Brown's residence to determine whether or not the gun she described matched Brown's.
The rapper refused to let authorities in, leading to a standoff.
As of 12:28 p.m. PST on Aug. 30, police say they will arrest Brown.
