Police are searching for two men who attacked a 72-year-old man in front of a building in Manhattan Monday evening.
Officials said that one of the suspects waited outside a building in the West Village Monday about 5:30 p.m. When the elderly man walked by, the young man punched him in the face, according to ABC 7.
Police have now released a video of the attack, hoping that it will lead to arrests.
After the man punched the elderly victim, the suspect left the location with another suspect who was waiting across the street.
The two young men were described as black and in their 20s, officials said.
The elderly man was rushed to a hospital after the attack and was reported to have bleeding on the brain. He is now in stable condition, however.
Anyone can report information about the attack by calling officials at 1-800-577-TIPS.
