Virginia Man Charged With Child Pornography After Allegedly Soliciting Webcam Sex Acts From 16-Year-Old

| by Jonathan Wolfe

Virginia man Justin Patrick Boniewicz, 29, has been charged with soliciting and producing child pornography from his home. The charges are especially troubling given that the same home is used by Boniewicz’s mother to run a daycare facility.

Boniewicz was arrested on Friday after police searched his home. Prince William Police Department spokesperson Jonathan Perok tells InsideNOVA.com that evidence of child pornography was found.

“As a result of the search of the home, multiple electronic devices containing evidence of child pornography were seized,” Perok said.

Boniewicz allegedly solicited sexually explicit photos and videos for months from a 16-year-old girl living in New York. He’s accused of talking to the girl on Skype and getting her to perform sexual shows for him on webcam.

Prince William Police say there is no evidence that any children from the daycare center were ever involved in Boniewicz’s criminal conduct.

One parent of a child attending the day care seems curiously unaffected by the news.

"He's a good boy and his momma runs a good daycare," the mother told NBC Washington.

Boniewicz’s mother says she doesn’t expect to see any dip in business because of her son’s issues.

"I have the daycare kids' here and all their parents are aware of what's going on, they love us," Boniewicz’s mother said. "They love this home, they love that I've been in business for 32 years... What is going on? I don't even know the charges."
