As adults we often fail to realize two things: the sort of impact we have on young children, and just how imaginative the children are from a very early age. A man who went to speak at an elementary school recently got reminded of both points.
Not long ago, Ramon went to an elementary school to talk to the kids about the weather. Presumably a general intro to meteorology, who studies it, etc.
As is usually the case when giving presentations in front of large crowds of small children, he didn’t really know how his speech was received.
At the end of the day, he got his answer. Check out what a small child handed him:
When a kid goes through that much trouble to tell you that he enjoyed your speech, you hit it out of the ballpark.
