Sex with Dog: Luke Pruitt Charged with Bestiality, Trying to Engage in Sexual Act with 4-Month-Old Daughter

| by Denise A Justin

Luke Pruit, 21, of Fishers, Ind., has been charged with one count of bestiality after police investigators found images of him on his computer engaged in a sexual act with a dog, Lt. Cameron Ellison of the Fishers Police Department told the Indianapolis Star.

Pruit was also accused of attempting to coerce the mother of his 4-month-old daughter into engaging in a sexual act with him and the baby girl, according to IndyStar.com

The investigation into Pruitt’s bizarre behavior began after a family member allegedly tipped the Hamilton County Metro Child Exploitation Task Force that Pruitt was committing suspicious acts through his computer.

Luke Pruitt was arrested last week after police found the sexually explicit photos with the dog in his computer, Ellison said. However, as police were conducting the investigation, they also found multiple text messages sent by Pruit to his daughter’s mother.

“He was trying to coerce the mother of the child to bring the baby into the bedroom, initially to observe and then later to participate [in a sexual act],” Ellison said. The infant’s mother did not agree to the offer. Pruitt and the infant’s mother are not married, the Indystar reports.

Pruitt was charged with one count of bestiality as well as six counts of child exploitation after police found that he also was in possession of child pornography.

He is not facing any criminal charges involving his daughter, but Ellison told the Star that the Fisher Police Department still has the issue under investigation.

Ellison said Pruitt admitted to police that he was sexually attracted to his daughter, though there was no indication that there had been any physical contact.

Pruit is scheduled for a pretrial conference in August and a jury trial in October. He was released from the Hamilton County Jail on bond, according to the report.
