Woman Charged With Promoting Prostitution At Local Spa

An Indiana woman has been arrested for promoting prostitution at a local business she owned.

Yie Sun Kim Tolley, 76, is the owner of Kendallville Health Spa, WFLA reported. Her business had been under investigation by several agencies on allegations of prostitution since September 2015.

The undercover investigation was conducted by Indiana State Police, Kendallville Police Department, Noble County Sheriff Department and the Department of Homeland Security.

Yo Chin Cohoon, an employee of Tolley’s, was arrested for prostitution on Feb. 18 at the spa. A search warrant was served during the arrest and authorities recovered several items as evidence of criminal activity, according to reports.

The investigation ultimately lead to Tolley’s arrest on March 14. She has since bonded out of prison, WANE reported.

Tolley is facing charges of promoting prostitution, corrupt business influence, tax evasion and theft.
