Porn Accidentally Shown At Funeral Of Man, Infant Son

| by Emily Smith

A pornographic film was accidentally shown during the funeral of a father and his baby son, according to The Guardian.

Hundreds of people had gathered at the Thornhill crematorium in the U.K. to pay their respects to the father and son. However, visitors were shocked and appalled when a pornographic movie was shown instead of a tribute to the two.

The local council has since launched an investigation into the movie.

“The council has forwarded a written apology to the family and is carrying out an urgent investigation,” a spokesperson said for the council said. “There were four television screens used to display visual tributes as part of this funeral service.”

It was noted that the screen the movie was displayed on had recently been installed and included a Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection.

“We are trying to establish if the new screen could have accepted or picked up a broadcast by accident via Bluetooth or across a Wi-Fi network,” a spokesperson said. “The other three screens, which aren’t smart TVs, were unaffected.”

The film was played for several minutes before engineers could shut it off.

The father, who was in a car with his pregnant wife, was killed in a traffic collision. Following concerns about the health of the unborn child, a C-section was performed. However, the child died the same day.

Another man has since been charged in the accident for causing two deaths through dangerous driving. He was also charged with driving without insurance in relation to the accident.
