Sen. Bernie Sanders Stops Speech To Help Fainting Supporter (Video)

| by Michael Allen

Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont was holding a press conference Feb. 3 in New Hampshire when there was a loud noise off to the side (video below).

Sanders flinched for a moment and said, "Oh my God," notes Mediaite.com.

According to The Hill, an unidentified supporter of the presidential candidate had fainted, which prompted Sanders to run over to the supporter.

Frank Thorpe of NBC News tweeted: "The man laid there for a bit before he was helped up and walked out of the room."
