The founder of UnSkewedPolls.com recently wrote that he believes President Barack Obama is gay.
Talking Points Memo (TPM) reports that Dean Chambers, the conservative activist who gained fame during the 2012 election for “unskewing” polls favorable to Barack Obama, explained this weekend his newest revelation that the president is “actually” gay.
Chambers discussed how a Newsweek feature article from 2012 basically argued that Barack Obama is the first gay president, because his views on gay marriage had evolved, according to an article he posted on Examiner.
“I do believe that Barack Obama is in fact our first gay president,” Chambers wrote. “But I believe this for entirely different reasons. I believe the man actually is gay. Don’t tell me his marriage to Michelle and having two children disproves that he’s gay.”
TPM also notes that in the article, Chambers cites various conspiracy theories claiming to show Obama’s closeted life in Chicago as a state senator. He reportedly takes it even a step further, however, defending Obama’s Christian faith by arguing that people of Muslim faith “have been known to stone someone for being gay.”
Chambers also adds, “Would you be a Muslim if it put you as risk for being killed because of your lifestyle choices?”
