Islamic State, formerly known as ISIS, has released another unsettling and disturbing video showing the beheading of a Kurdish man as a warning to the U.S. and Iraq Kurdish leaders to end strikes against them.
The video titled “A Message in Blood to the Leaders of the American-Kurdish Alliance” shows 15 men in orange jumpsuits standing next to an ISIS flag. Three men in the video who appear to have been coerced into making a statement demand that the Kurdish regional president end the alliance with the U.S. government for military strikes against ISIS, warning that if they do not, it will lead to “the loss of our life.”

Suddenly, the video jumps to three men wearing all black standing around one of the men in the orange jumpsuit, who is kneeling on the ground. Right before the video ends, the man is beheaded, and the ISIS militants warn that others will suffer the same fate if the military strikes and Kurdish alliance with the United States doesn’t stop.
The shocking video comes not long after ISIS released a video of the beheading of American journalist James Foley in response to U.S. airstrikes against the Islamic State.
Just this afternoon, Britain’s Home Secretary Theresa May announced that the country raised their threat level to severe, acknowledging that an attack from ISIS is “highly likely.”
