Reports by Palestinian sources indicate that Hamas allegedly rounded up and shot twenty Palestinians who were protesting against the war on Monday.
According to the reports, the executions occurred after dozens of Palestinians emerged from the devastated Gaza neighborhood of Shajaiya.
The demonstrators reportedly blamed Hamas for the destruction of the neighborhood; Hamas allegedly responded by killing them.
The report was delivered during a panel discussion and translated by Israel’s Channel 10 analyst.
When asked how the demonstration could have come about, the analyst speculated that there could be other pockets of resistance that would emerge.
Another panelist noted that throughout the entirety of the war, not a single Hamas leader has emerged to represent the group in public.
Unidentified Palestinian security sources told the Palestine Press News Agency that Hamas has executed more than 30 civilians from various parts of the Gaza Strip in the past few days; Hamas reportedly suspected these civilians of collaborating with Israel.
