Demi Moore Files for Divorce, Wants Spousal Support from Ashton Kutcher

Nearly one year after Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher separated and three months after Kutcher filed for divorce, Moore has finally responded.

Today, in a Los Angeles court, Moore filed papers seeking Kutcher to pay spousal support and her attorney fees. She cited irreconcilable differences in her response. The couple has no children. Kutcher is not seeking spousal support

Last year, Kutcher, who stars on the hit TV show Two and a Half Men, reportedly made $24 million.

TMZ reports the two sides are negotiating. Kutcher is represented by Laura Wasser, while Moore has hired William Beslow.
