I’ve already discussed my love of eating regularly…like every few hours regularly. But I know that we live in a culture that says eat a small breakfast (if any at all), a medium-sized lunch, and a massive dinner—with dessert. So, it’s not always easy to eat small and frequently. However, I just feel so much darn better emotionally and physically when I divide my food into five small meals a day. Plus it keeps my metabolism humming and my weight in a range that’s healthy.
