| by Oh The Scandal

Charlie Sheen has fired back at porn star Capri Anderson, aka Christina Walsh, who today accused him of assaulting her, by suing her for extortion.

Anderson appeared this morning on Good Morning America and gave her version of events that happened on the night Sheen had a meltdown in his NYC hotel room last month.

The porn star, who was was found locked in the bathroom of his Manhattan hotel suite, accused Sheen of using racial slurs and grabbing her by the throat.

Anderson revealed during her interview that she plans to sue Sheen for battery and false imprisonment.

Watch her interview here.

Sheen’s camp vehemently denies her take on that night’s events. The actor has also fired back at Anderson with a lawsuit – claiming she threatened to make false allegations against him unless he paid her $1 million.

The suit, obtained by TMZ, says Anderson’s allegations are false and calls them a “sensational tale” and an attempt “to embarrass him and attempt to damage his career by going to the media with her false tale.”

The suit adds, “At no time did Sheen assault, batter or threaten Walsh.

“When Sheen refused to succumb to Walsh’s extortionate and illegal demands, Walsh’s representatives contacted the Aspen District Attorney (who decline to do anything), and Walsh and her attorney solicited the highest bid they could get from network media, ultimately giving an exclusive interview to Good Morning America.”

The suit also accuses Anderson of stealing a $165,000 Patek Philippe watch from Sheen.

No word from her rep yet.

This is going to get very ugly…stay tuned!
