Megan Fox recently told Amica magazine why she dropped her strict vegan diet: "For a year and a half, until about four months ago, I followed a strict vegan diet based on raw fruits and vegetables, no bread, sugar and coffee. But I had lost too much weight."
Fox added, "So now I eat a bit of everything. And I train three times a week doing circuit training with my trainer Harley Pasternak."
Pasternak told Starlounge UK that Megan is now following his '5 Factor' diet, which has her eating five small meals a day combined with 25 minutes of exercise (five individual five-minute sessions).
The Hollywood trainer said: "She follows the '5-Factor' diet which is to eat five small meals a day which include the five dietary factors including healthy fats, lean protein, fibre and a non-sugar drink. If she needs to snack between meals then she has our '5-Factor' crisps which keeps her satiated between meals."
Pasternak added: "Megan wants her body to reflect who she is. She looks awesome. She’s natural, softly spoken and her personality shines through her fantastic shape. Megan’s also lucky because her husband Brian Austin Green follows the same workout routine. They share the same enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle which is fantastic too."
