This is probably worth an entire article all by itself, but the basic information is this: Aspartame is poison.
But don’t take my word for it.
How about referring to fact that aspartame was classified as a neurotoxin before it was approved by the FDA as a sugar substitute in the early 1980s?
How about the fact that straight out of the package you can use it as a very effective insecticide? Ant killer anyone?
What about the fact that aspartame accounts for 75% of the product-caused health complaints to the FDA every year?
How about the fact that commercial and military pilots are warned to avoid the dangers of aspartame, including seizures and vertigo?
And, what about the fact that once in your body, aspartame breaks down into wood grain alcohol (causes blindness if ingested) and formaldehyde (embalming fluid)?
And this is just the tip of the iceberg. The FDA has found links to 92 health conditions associated with artificial sweeteners using aspartame.
But even if you don’t want to believe that the Food and Drug regulators would knowingly approve of such a toxic substance being used in the food you eat, at least consider waiting 20 years before you eat any. That way, everyone else can be the guinea pigs to determine the long-term detrimental effects of this ‘sweet poison.’
