Well-Being Expert Daniel Browne Claims Less Sleep is Good for People

Well-being expert Daniel Browne, the author of a new book, 'The Energy Equation,' claims that people would get more done at work and live longer if they got seven hours of sleep instead of eight, which is normally recommended by doctors.

Browne runs London-based City Performance Coaching, which specializes in helping high performance workers achieve a better balance, reports the Daily Mail.

Browne works with clients who don’t have time to see their friends or family, and shows them how they can have it all by elevating their performance, energy and productivity.

Browne believes that less sleep actually gives people more energy, makes them more alert and happier because they have more time during the day.
