'Furious Pete,' blogger and eating champion, recently demonstrated how workout programs are not always as they seem.
In just five hours, Pete transforms his body to create ‘before’ and ‘after’ workout pictures (video below).
First, Pete makes the ‘after’ picture. With a little help from some Pam cooking oil, a tanning bed and Photoshop, he looks ripped.
He then creates the ‘before’ picture by eating foods with high sodium, a bottle of soda and chocolate milk, which he says "will bloat the hell out of you."
