An Upper Body Mini Workout You Can Do Anywhere

The best exercises are the ones that don’t take any equipment, can be done most anywhere, utilize your core muscles, and give you the most bang for your buck.

5 Exercises that will build a strong, toned upper body at home and almost anywhere!

#1) Start in a plank position on your palms. Hold for 20 seconds. Then bend you’re elbows so that you are hovering above the ground. Hold for 5 seconds. Return to your plank position. Hold plank for 20 seconds. Repeat that pattern 5 x

#2) Do as many push-ups as you can.

#3) Tricep Dips: Do as many as you can for 60 seconds (either on the floor or off chair)

#4) Reverse Plank: Start by holding for 15 seconds and build up to 60 seconds)

#5) Tricep Push-ups (either on your knees in a modified push-up position or on your toes) Do as many as you can with good form.

Repeat all 5 exercises for a total of two sets.
