A teacher at Cooper City Elementary School in Broward County, Florida has been suspended after being accused of requesting that students give her massages in exchange for rewards.

According to the complaint, Cheyl Grampa, a teacher since 1998, "engaged in inappropriate conduct and contact with a minor student ranging from soliciting and allowing students to massage her, in exchange for rewards, allowing students to touch her in an inappropriate manner and failing to take reasonable and corrective action with respect to improper touching," according to the official complaint.

School Superintendent Jim Notter requested a five-day suspension for the incident -- which occurred during the 2009-10 school year, according to the Sun Sentinel. Notter also wants Grampa to undergo classroom management training and says the suspension will serve as a "last chance," allowing the district to fire her for any future violation.

Momlogic wants to know -- is there any reason why this should be okay? Is a five-day suspension enough? What would you do if your child came home and told you he or she gave teacher a massage?!
