I'll "out" myself up front: when I first heard about Dream Water, an all-natural drink that is supposed to promote restful sleep, I was skeptical. How could the makers of this drink do it without including narcotics? However, I've found that one of the biggest problems with exercising in the morning is that I'm too tired to get up because I haven't slept well the night before, so I figured trying Dream Water couldn't hurt.
The first night I took Dream Water, I did find my eyelids getting heavy about 30 minutes after I went to bed. Then again, it was about an hour later than I typically go to bed. So the next night, I took Dream Water an hour before my normal bedtime. And my eyelids started getting heavy about half an hour after I drank it.
I drank Dream Water for four nights and found that it did, indeed, help me fall into a deep, restful sleep. I'm converted!
I had two flavors of Dream Water: Snoozeberry (blueberry pomegranate) and Lullaby Lemon w/Hints of Tea. I have a major sweet tooth, so I preferred the Snoozeberry, but both tasted good. Neither had a very strong, objectionable taste.
