Miranda Lambert unveiled her ad on Wednesday for the National Milk Mustache “got milk?” Campaign at the Country Music Association’s headquarters in Nashville.
Lambert told Billboard:
“It’s universal. I like to do things that appeal to everybody and anybody can relate to. I was part of the cotton campaign and this one too felt all-American. So many different celebrities from different genres have done it, and I really felt like it was a good fit. I’m a country girl. I grew up on a farm and I grew up drinking milk and I still do. It felt perfect.”
Lambert looks great in the ad and it truly fits who she is! In her ad, she is sitting with her guitar, a bowl of cereal in front of her, and a tall glass of milk in her hand. The ad reads, “Fine tune your morning. Got milk? Nourish everyday.”
This is the “got milk?” Campaign’s 17th year! Countless numbers of celebrities in all walks of the entertainment business have been a part of this campaign.
Lambert’s ad debuted in PEOPLE Country this week and will be getting widespread play.
