It’s hard to imagine the words “KFC Double Down” and “healthier” in the same sentence, but Canadian researchers are saying that when it comes to watching your cholesterol, it’s more dangerous to your health to eat a single egg yolk than to consume a KFC Double Down sandwich. Now, we know that egg yolks are high in cholesterol, but we’re not so cool with dissing a whole food and claiming that such an overly processed high-in-saturated-fat food is even close to healthy. Again, everything in moderation!
