Jessica Simpson Dishes on her Struggle to Lose Weight

Jessica Simpson has spoken out on her weight loss struggle since having her baby.

Jessica signed up to be the face of Weight Watchers and is on a mission to lose her baby weight, but admits it’s been a challenge..

The 32-year-old singer gave birth to her daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson on May 1 and admits she pigged out during her pregnancy and is now paying the price.

Simpson admits, “I let myself indulge in everything I wanted because it was the first time I was ever pregnant, and I wanted to enjoy it.

“I didn’t know [the weight] didn’t all come off with the baby.”

Jessica has started a grueling workout routine but said her “boobs are way too big to run at this point”.

Simpson, who is engaged to former NFL player Eric Johnson, is trying to lose weight in a healthy way and says it’s not easy to bounce back after her weight gain.

The designer/singer admits, “My body is not bouncing back like a supermodel. I’m just your everyday woman who is trying to feel good and be healthy for her daughter, her fiance and herself.”

She has not revealed her current weight, but sources claim she gained 70 pounds during her pregnancy.

Jessica Simpson will debut her post-baby body on Katie Couric’s new talk show “Katie” on September 10.
