Jessica Alba recently told David Letterman that the trick to getting her toddler to sleep was to "overfeed" her. Yep, you read that right. She said that if her daughter, Honor Marie, was full, she wouldn't wake up in the night hungry and would eventually learn to sleep uninterrupted until about 9 AM.
She tells David Letterman, "(Honor was) overfed (as a baby). She weighed just as much at six months as she does now. She was really chubby." To Alba's statement, Letterman replied (jokingly of course), "Well, that sounds abusive!" (We're just gonna let him make the comments on this one ....)
Moms, how did you get your child to start sleeping through the night?
