How to Get Julia Roberts' Tummy, Her Trainer Speaks

Julia Roberts recently displayed a pancake-flat stomach on a beach in Hawaii (picture below), so how does the mother of three maintain her hot tummy?

According to her personal trainer, Kathy Kaehler, the Oscar-winning actress spends much of her time working out in the pool, where she aqua-jogs at different speeds.

In the gym, she does step aerobics for fat burning and performs plenty of plank moves and bicycle crunches to tone her stomach. The bicycle crunch strengthens the muscles in the abdominal area. Here is how to do it:

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands lightly behind your head.

Lift your feet off the ground and bring your right elbow over to your left knee, then your left elbow over to your right knee while ‘pedaling’ your legs in a smooth and controlled movement.

Fully extend your legs. Repeat the move 12 to 15 times.
