How to Get Cindy Crawford's Toned Arms

Cindy Crawford stole the spotlight last week at the 68th Venice Film Festival wearing a dazzling red dress that showcased her figure and her well-toned arms. So how does the 45-year-old mom keep them in shape?

Crawford reportedly eats healthy and regularly does push-ups, crunches and squats at home.  She claims not to diet, although she cut out white carbs, such as bread and pasta.

Another exercise that she does, the bicep curl, is great for keeping your arms in shape. To look like Cindy (her arms at least), stand straight with feet hip-width apart. Hold a dumbbell (or bottles of water) in each hand. Bend your knees a little and make sure your palms are facing forward. Breath in.

As you breath out, slowly lift the weights to shoulder level, tensing your bicep muscles as you do so. Keep your elbows tucked in to your waist throughout the move. Breath in and lower the weights back down. Repeat 20 times.
