How Courteney Cox Stays Bikini-Friendly


In an interview with New Beauty magazine, 47-year-old Courteney Cox revealed that she keeps her enviable shape by working out with the 'Tracy Anderson Method' four times a week. Anderson is known for training Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Hudson.

Cox says that she eats healthy, most of the time: "I do cheat, on occasion, with pasta or bread and butter. And I do eat a lot of cheese and nuts, which is probably not the best idea."

Cox usually eats a light breakfast of just coffee, chicken salad for lunch, and steak, chicken or fish with vegetables for dinner. 

She added: "Beauty over 40 is a slippery slope, but the life experience and knowledge we gain can make us sexier with age."
