Two identical twins attracted attention for their four-foot butts, which they accomplished by doing 2,000 squats per day.
Pembroke Pines, Florida, twins Miriam and Michelle Carolus told Barcroft that their routine is exactly the same every day.
"We make sure we eat the same, exercise the same — everything the same," Michelle told Barcroft, the New York Post reported. "We try to do a couple of thousand squats a day to keep in shape. It won’t be all at the same time. It will usually be stretched over something like nine hours.”
The twins reportedly earned $30,000 after getting into modeling as the "Double Dose Twins" two years ago. They've garnered nearly 250,000 followers on Instagram.
"It started off with Instagram. We’d never had social media before then. We posted a picture and got a lot of attention for the first shoot we did," Michelle said. "We’ve have a lot of bookings for magazines and offers to travel. Modeling is actually a lot of fun."
The twins maintained that while they spent $5,000 on breast enhancement surgeries, they've never gotten any procedures done on their derrieres.
"We would never consider surgery on our butts — our workout plan pretty much takes care of that," Miriam said. "And when you do it naturally through hard work, it makes you feel a lot better about yourself.”
The twins enlisted the expertise of trainer Bahiem King to help them maintain identical workout regimes. King uses a mixture of boxing, MMA, plyometrics, soft-touch CrossFit, weight training and squats to assist in sculpting their famous bodies.
Miriam and Michelle also eat the exact same amount of calories a day through identical diets.
"We generally stick to a healthy diet and it's the same all the time. We are very strict about this," Miriam said, the Daily Mirror reported. "We will work out the exact same and make sure that if one of us has done more the other will have to catch up."
"It's like a mirror. If I ever want to know if I'm looking good or not I will just look at my sister," she added.
