According to CBS News, “Mad Men” star Christina Hendricks wants the world to know that her famous curves are real (http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504763_162-20065351-10391704.html).
Plagued by constant rumors that she's gotten breast implants, she says “They're so obviously real that anyone who's ever seen or touched a breast would know.” Hendricks, 36, finds it strange that people would even wonder, commenting “It's so bizarre that people are constantly asking if my breasts are real or fake.”
But maybe it's not that far-fetched to wonder if her curves are surgically enhanced, given the millions of women worldwide who have undergone breast augmentation surgery. Women seeking breast implants seem to be asking for bigger breasts, too, says Seattle-based plastic surgeon Dr. Phil. Haeck. “The women in my practice used to go a cup size larger. But now about half my patients want to go two cup sizes larger.”
In Britain, there's even some evidence that Christina Hendricks' look is behind the trend, with some women seeking surgery so that they can get her curvaceous look. "You can't pick up a "National Enquirer" or "People" without seeing an article about stars having plastic surgery," said Dr. Haeck. Hendricks says “I hope I'm not encouraging” women to undergo plastic surgery. “If there's anything to be learned from me, it's that I'm learning to celebrate what I was born with.”
What do you think? Has she or hasn't she?
