Unable to afford bus fare, a white-tailed deer crashed through a Pennsylvania bus windshield and, apparently unharmed, frantically ran around until the driver stopped and let it out.
Around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday night, CamTran bus driver John Porter watched as a deer came hurtling through his passenger side window. The video footage shows the deer in a stuntman like jump crash through the window and flail around near the entrance of the bus before Porter was able to safely stop and open the bus doors to let the animal out.
Luckily, only one passenger was on the bus at the time, and was seated near the back so was unharmed during the incident.
"Just out of the blue, something out of the corner of my eye, I saw something come through the window and a deer was there," Porter told local news station, WPXI. "It was kicking around pretty good."
The only harm during the incident was mostly to the bus’ windshield, which was taken in for repairs after the deer stunt.
