Comedian Rob Schneider Claims to Have Proof of Vaccine-Autism CDC Fraud

Comedian Rob Schneider recently sent a letter to Lark Park, the Deputy Legislative Secretary of California Gov. Jerry Brown (D), claiming to have proof that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is hiding evidence that African-American children are at risk from getting autism via vaccine injections.

Schneider, who sent the letter last Friday, shared a copy with the Canary Party website on Sunday.

The Canary Party states on its site that it supports "the individual’s right to choose or refuse medical interventions affecting them or their children."

According to, Schneider wrote:

As a concerned citizen of the State of California, I feel compelled to share with you proof the CDC committed fraud (I have copies of the original CDC report that was later suppressed and fraudulently changed). One disturbing disclosure, AFRICAN AMERICAN CHILDREN were and still are THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY PERCENT more likely to develop Autism under the current Vaccine MMR schedule. This according to the original CDC study in 2001.

The comedian may be referring to a 2004 Pediatrics article about the CDC running tests on children to see if there was any evidence of the MMR (Measles-Mumps-Rubella) vaccine causing autism.

However, the CDC recently stated:

Access to the information on the birth certificates allowed researchers to assess more complete information on race as well as other important characteristics, including possible risk factors for autism such as the child’s birth weight, mother’s age, and education. This information was not available for the children without birth certificates; hence CDC study did not present data by race on black, white, or other race children from the whole study sample. It presented the results on black and white/other race children from the group with birth certificates.

In his letter, Schneider added:

This policy of one size fits all Vaccine schedule for every child is as absurd as giving the same eye prescription glasses to every child. The fact is EVERY CHILD IS DIFFERENT and there is currently NO SYSTEM or thought to which child could be more susceptible to adverse reactions including permanent injury and death from any Vaccine or Vaccine ingredients.

However, responsible physicians actually do warn of adverse side-effects from any injection, whether it be a vaccine or medication. notes that Schneider has a history of opposing vaccines for children.

According to earlier this year, anti-vaccine activists are responsible for a resurgence of measles in America: "This year is on track to have the highest number of measles cases in the past 17 years, and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) researchers say that’s likely because of pervasive anti-vaccine beliefs that have allowed the disease to spread." notes that some parents may see problems in a child's early development and immediately blame any problems or abnormalities on vaccines given when the child was an infant or a toddler.
