Australia Doctor Uses Power Drill to Save Boy's Life

An Australian boy is alive and out of the hospital thanks to a resourceful doctor. The boy fell off of his bike and hit his head, and had potentially deadly bleeding of the brain.

The small hospital nearby did not have neurological drills to relieve the pressure, so knowing he had only minutes to act, the doctor grabbed a handyman's electric drill from the maintenance closet and used that to save the boy's life.
