It's Oprah Winfrey's 25th and final season on the air, and she's going out with a bang. Just today, she gifted her entire audience an all-expenses-paid trip to Australia.
As the 300-strong audience cheered, a replica of a Qantas jet rolled onto the stage, and actor John Travolta, in pilot's garb, stepped out onto the stage.
As you can imagine, many of the mostly female audience were beside themselves with joy.
Now there's a website whose sole purpose documents all that tear-shedding, face-warping, often downright crazy-looking happiness. "Faces of the Final Season of Oprah" features pictures of women in Oprah's audience reacting to all the free stuff Ms. Winfrey will be gives out.
Because it's the final season, you can be sure there'll be some pretty extreme prize-giving going on - and, therefore, some pretty intense, uh, "O-faces."
The previous season, Oprah's 24th on the air, went for 35 episodes, so by the end of this season, the website should contain a veritable treasury of shots of women foaming at the mouth over expensive presents.
