We have the first trailer or is it a featurette courtesy of HeyUGuys from Warner Brothers for the big end of the year ensemble dramedy, New Year’s Eve. Directed by Garry Marshall, who knows a bit about making such things, the cast is chock-a-block with bold-faced names like Robert De Niro, Katherine Heigl, Ashton Kutcher, Halle Berry, Jessica Biel, Michelle Pfeiffer, Sarah Jessica Parker, Hilary Swank, Zac Efron, Sienna Miller, Lea Michele, Sofia Vergara, Abigail Breslin, Til Schweiger, Seth Meyers, Jon Bon Jovi, Josh Duhamel, and Carla Gugino. (Wow. Imagine if the combined star power here put their powers to use for good and not evil?)
Official synopsis: New Year’s Eve celebrates love, hope, forgiveness, second chances and fresh starts, in the intertwining stories of couples and singles, told amidst the pulse and promise of New York City on the most dazzling night of the year.
This trailer for the UK also features members of the cast discussing the film. They’re calling it a ‘Special Content Trailer’:
